The successful candidate must have the following:
FETAC Level 6 childcare
First Aid.
A love of working with children.
To carry out regular observations and check lists on the children.
Ability to work in a childcare setting with emphasis on childcare.
Applicants must supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.
A very good level of fluency in the Irish language, or demonstrate willingness to undertake further training immediately to bring their fluency to an excellent level
Meeting and greeting parents and children.
Addressing children’s needs.
Record keeping and updating files daily.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Hours: 8.30-3.00 5 days per week
